Outreach Reminder
19 January 2026
Recent weather conditions have made it even harder for those facing homelessness and sleeping on the streets. A reminder that if you are concerned about someone that is sleeping on the streets, you can inform StreetLink 24/7 here. They will alert outreach teams to connect with those you are worried about. To note – you should always call 999 if the person is in immediate danger, needs medical assistance, or is under 18.
You can also report ongoing concerns to our Street Team at streetteam@bakerstreetq.co.uk who will work with our outreach partners The Passage to ensure that individuals’ needs are assessed and targeted support delivered. Find out more about The Passage here.
Last year, we created a short film which aims to answer some of the most frequently asked questions about the challenges surrounding rough sleeping and what our Street Team and The Passage are doing to help – watch the film here.
Recent positive news
Before Christmas, our Street Team worked in partnership with Westminster City Council outreach provision to support a couple who were sleeping on the streets. We are so pleased to report that they are now living in suitable, safe accommodation.
