About Us
Get Involved
As a Business Improvement District, our work is driven by input from our members - the businesses and their employees - to deliver a programme of activity that ensures the area is a progressive, compelling and connected place for those working here, for business and for the broader community. Many get involved by sitting on one of our three steering groups.
Steering Group members bring their experience as someone working locally to help direct and shape our programmes and priorities and provides a fantastic way to meet with other people in the area. Most importantly we look for people who are interested in what we do and are keen to get involved.
Our three Steering Groups are:
- Spaces and Streets – focused on place shaping, air quality and street management/security programmes
- Vibrancy and Community – shaping events, communications, community and area promotion programmes
- Sustainability – overseeing our Sustainability Action Plan and how our work supports local firms’ ESG/sustainability ambitions
Each group meets three times a year for 1.5 hours in a local venue with a hybrid option. The opportunity is open to those working for member businesses and building management companies. Find out if your business is a member here.
