Our Team

Penny is responsible for leading our overall direction and overseeing the delivery of major projects. She’s also instrumental in policy development within the community and lobbying government to put Baker Street Quarter and Marylebone firmly on the map.

Steph oversees the office management and keeps the operational, finance and administrative plates spinning at our HQ.

Justin leads our marketing and communications function, developing and implementing strategies and activities to attract visitors to the area as well as to effectively communicate our projects and services to member businesses and their employees as well as the wider community.

Helen’s role is to oversee the implementation of our Placemaking and Sustainability strategies.

Amber’s role is to ensure a safe, attractive, well managed environment and delivery of high-quality services to our business members. She oversees the activities of our Street Team and works closely with the Council, Police and other organisations, such as our Smarter Recycling partners.

Kate produces our corporate communications, keeping members and their employees up to date on everything from events, training and wellbeing sessions, to services such as recycling and Smarter Giving.

Sara’s role is to promote the area through our various consumer channels, including overseeing our Make It Marylebone promotion campaigns, website and social media. She works closely with businesses to collate their latest news, events, menus, deals and special offers, and supports them in spreading the word and attracting new customers while helping to raise the profile of the area to visitors.  

Sheena manages our Smarter Giving initiative, building strong relationships between our member businesses and local charities and community groups, as well as oversees our training, wellbeing and member events programme.

Ellie provides invaluable project support to a number of programmes including Smarter Giving, Operations, Sustainability and Placemaking Programmes, and Communications.

Rachel provides invaluable support to the team, managing Penny’s diary, organising Board and Steering Group meetings, providing finance support and office management.
