She’s also instrumental in policy development within the community and lobbying government to put our Quarter firmly on the map. Penny’s got a penchant for chai tea lattes (always) coconut water (sometimes) and kir royal cocktails (occasionally)!

She works closely with businesses to collate their latest news, events, menus, deals and special offers, and supports them in spreading the word and attracting new customers while helping to raise the profile of the area to visitors.

Amber’s role is to ensure a safe, attractive, well managed environment and delivery of high-quality services to our business members. She oversees the activities of our Street Team and works closely with the Council, Police and other organisations, such as our Smarter Recycling partners.

Hannah manages our Smarter Giving initiative, building strong relationships between our member businesses and local charities and community groups, as well as oversees our training, wellbeing and member events programme. In her spare time, Hannah loves exploring her favourite charity shops to find great bargains and enjoys eating out with friends trying new cuisines.

As a former Commander within the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS), Mike is well placed to advise members on managing threats and risks. Mike leads the security and resilience area of our work and engages with members to enhance the resilience of the area.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys travelling, gardening and driving his student sons around when they visit home!
