One Stop Shop
Looking for some local knowledge? Need advice about the area? Concerned about issues on the streets near your premises?
Through our One Stop Shop service you can ask questions or report concerns and we will do our utmost to answer and address them.
We can offer advice on everything from event venues and meeting room hire to places to donate unwanted furniture and equipment and cycle parking locations. If we don’t know the answer then we use our local contacts to help us and get back to you.
You can also contact us about concerns on the street such as litter, graffiti, security and spillages and we will send our Street Team to take a look and report to the council, Police or other relevant authority.
