Safety Workshop With Marylebone Ward Police

We are inviting you to join our in-person ‘Lunch and Learn’ event on Thursday 21 March 12:30 – 14:00 at 64 Baker Street, where Marylebone Ward Policing Team will be joining us for a Safety Workshop.

The talk will last around 30 minutes followed by a Q&A, and the Police Team will stay afterwards to discuss any concerns you have about the area.

The StreetSafe Campaign, Ask For Angela, VAWG (Violence Against Women & Girls) and safety on the streets are some of the topics that will be covered. Personal safety in both professional and private lives, using public transport, travelling to and from home, lone working, work visits and the use of technology to assist with safety will also be looked at.

There will also be an opportunity to meet our Street Team. The Team monitors the area seven days a week and is dedicated to making sure it feels safe and is maintained to a high standard for those that live here, work locally or are visiting. The Team works closely with local businesses and have direct links to the Police, Council and outreach services. Find out more here.
