During this class you will be guided to release stress, restore calm and recharge your energy so you’ll feel rejuvenated and renewed.
Yin Yoga is a quiet, contemplative practice where each yoga pose is held between 2-5 minutes to stimulate your connective tissue (fascia, ligaments and tendons) – allowing for deep release.
Yoga Nidra is a lying-down form of meditation to regulate your body’s relaxation response.
For this session and in addition to your yoga mat, you may want to have yoga props such as a blanket, bolster, pillows or blocks.
Wenlin Tan is a Qigong, Yoga & Meditation Teacher & Teacher trainer certified and has been studying movement since she was 9, and guiding clients across Europe and Asia since 2016. Wenlin specialises in Qigong Flow, Gentle Somatic Yoga and meditation and offers these to support you to move with ease and feel pain-free.
