Bring your lunch break to life with our Dance Yoga Club with feel good yoga flow choreographed to a well-known song.
To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month, this session promises to be uplifting combining the benefits of both yoga and breath work with all the endorphins of a dance class.
Everyone is welcome at this fun and energising class. There is no pressure to move like Darcy Bussell either as the session is low pressure and subtle on the body.
All you will need is a yoga mat or soft surface to practice on and clothes you can move and wiggle comfortably in!
