Crisis & Continuity Planning

February 8 @ 10:00 - 13:00

As part of our continuing programme of work to enhance the security and resilience of the Quarter, we will be hosting our latest ‘Emergency Planning and Crisis Management’ exercise on 8 February 2024 in partnership with Harley Street BID.

Bringing together businesses across the area to run through business continuity plans using a simulated major incident – from preventing a crisis to how to respond to a major incident, reliable information resources and how best to communicate with staff and clients. The session is run by the West End Security Group (WESG) and is really useful for those that are responsible for security and operations to ensure that plans cover all necessary steps.

It is open to all members, irrespective of your level of expertise and is designed to help you assess your preparedness, understand how your plans fit with other members and consider how the area might recover from the disruptive effects of a major event. If you’re in a security role or are responsible for developing business continuity and crisis response plans, we would particularly welcome your attendance.

Those that have never been to a session before are very welcome, as are those that attended previously, enabling them to build on and complement plans from the last exercise. The session will have a large focus on local topical issues. For more info, including how to register, please email training@bakerstreetq.co.uk.
