University of Westminster Event

Members of Baker Street Quarter are invited to an exclusive early evening event for built environment professionals at the University of Westminster. The event will be hosted by the Head of School of Architecture and Cities’, Kate Cheyne, and the Assistant Head of School of Applied Management, Phil Sainter. This is a unique opportunity to connect with key stakeholders from industry and academia and explore avenues for collaboration.

Attendees will hear exciting updates on the University’s present and future plans, including the launch of the planned Projects Platform. The platform will offer students hands-on learning through collaborative design projects for the built environment, expanding their industry connections and delivering innovative initiatives that drive real change in the public spaces surrounding the University for the benefit of the local community. The Projects Platform is central to the University’s ambitions at Zone29, the new centre for enterprise and career success, which is due to open in early 2026.
