Street Team Walkabouts

Our Street Team continue to carry out regular walkabouts with the British Transport Police (BTP) and Met Police Safer Neighbourhoods Teams, visiting local hotspots across the area and sharing information on recent incidents and emerging challenges.

On a recent walk, PCSOs Ian and Connor from BTP joined the Team (pictured) to cover key areas within BTP’s remit around Marylebone and Baker Street stations, including Boston Place, Great Central Street, Melcombe Street, and Berkeley Court.

These walkabouts play a vital role in our area management, security, and resilience activities. While crime levels in our district remain lower than in many other parts of central London, we are committed to keeping it that way. By working closely with the Police and Westminster City Council, and by sharing intelligence with local businesses and security teams, we strengthen the area’s resilience against crime and anti-social behaviour.
