Our next Slow Flow Yoga session is coming up on Tuesday 23 April at 17.30-18.30. Finish off your working day with Vinyasa practice to stretch and strengthen your body and energise your mind. In addition to this, the next lunchtime Pilates session will be taking place on Thursday 16 May with our experienced instructor Toluwa. The sessions not only focus on building core strength but also developing confidence.  

And, if you’re keen on supporting the mental health of others, our next Mental Health First Aid training course is taking place 3-5 June. The three-day virtual course will qualify you as a Mental Health First Aider and will provide you with an in-depth knowledge to enable you to support your co-workers. Completing the course also gives you access to join our Mental Health First Aider Network through which you can share challenges and build confidence in a safe and supportive environment. The sessions allow people to explore real-life experiences and look at how to bring key tools and techniques into action. 

Keep an eye on our Events and Training Calendar for more sessions coming up over the summer.  As a reminder, in addition to this we also have our Training and Wellbeing Hub which features over 200 workshops and microlearning sessions on a range of topics from project management, leadership and Excel, to guided meditation, fitness and confidence building, delivered in partnership with SEEDL.
