Plastic-Free July

This Plastic Free July, we’re encouraging all businesses, workers and residents in Marylebone to take part in a global movement to reduce single-use plastics and protect our environment for the future.

Plastic Free July is a global initiative helping millions of people reduce plastic waste so we can have cleaner streets, oceans and communities. Whether you’re carrying your reusable bottle or cup, saying no to plastic cutlery, or choosing unpackaged fruit and vegetables, every small action adds up to a big impact.

You can find easy, practical ideas to get involved on the Plastic Free July website, including personal and office challenges for the month. Why not encourage your team to take part collectively, sharing tips and celebrating your progress?

Refill Baker Street & Marylebone

Don’t forget, our Refill Baker Street & Marylebone initiative makes it even easier to cut down on single-use plastic bottles while you’re out and about. Over 30 of the area’s cafes, bars and eateries are signed up to refill your water bottles for free, helping to reduce plastic waste and keep you hydrated during warmer days.

Look out for the blue Refill stickers in windows when walking around, or check out the Refill map to find your nearest participating locations.
