One Stop Shop

A reminder that our One Stop Shop service is your first port of call for reporting any on-street issues you spot – from graffiti, fly-posting and litter, to problematic e-bike parking, broken lighting and trip hazards. We can also help with local queries such as event space hire and employee wellbeing activities. Submitted reports are handled by our Operations team who use their contacts with the Council and other organisations, such as the Police, to ensure that issues and incidents are dealt with and resolved.  

Examples of some of the reports we have resolved over the last few months include fly-tipping on Dorset Street, graffiti in Portman Square and a paint spillage in Kendall Place, broken signage on New Quebec Street, and equipment left behind after roadworks on Marylebone Road. We have ongoing reporting in place relating to antisocial behaviour on Baker Street as well as a monitoring system for e-bike and scooter parking across the area.
