One Stop Shop

Our One Stop Shop service allows for the reporting of on-street issues such as litter, graffiti, fly-tipping, flyposting and spillages that are addressed by the Operations Team through contacts at the Council. With our extensive local knowledge, we can also help with queries on topics such as venues for events/meetings or concerns about security. 

Recent examples of issues that have been reported and resolved include: 

• Overflowing cigarette bins 

• Broken signposts 

• Litter in planters 

• Uneven paving slabs 

• Temporary office space
