NEW Marylebone Place

Recently redeveloped Marylebone Place (formerly Marylebone House) is the latest new office building to open in the area.  

Located on the corner of Wyndham Street and Marylebone Road, the 1930s office building has undergone a significant transformation. The original brick facade has been retained while new south-facing stepped terraces and communal roof garden replaced some 1960s additions with cascading plants and timber acoustic screens. 

Inside, 75,000 sq ft of workspace has been created. Sustainability has been core to the project, reusing existing structure & using recycled & recyclable materials where possible. The building benefits from low-energy lighting, reduced CO2 emissions and water consumption and encourages greener commuting with extensive cycle parking and e-bike charging.  

BakerStreetQ has been working with developers Beltane as the building nears completion, and is looking forward to welcoming its new tenants to the area.
