New Martyn’s Law

We have launched a new webpage featuring the latest news and useful resources about the forthcoming Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill, also known as Martyn’s Law. This new legislation was given Royal Assent back in April, with a roll out period of two years, and will ensure that owners and operators of public spaces take proportionate steps to prepare for and respond to potential terrorist threats. We will be keeping this page up to date with the latest developments as we get them.
