New Market Operator

Our popular fortnightly food market in the atrium of 55 Baker Street will see a few changes this week as new market operator In Town Markets take over the ongoing management, bringing with them new fresh and delicious hot and cold food stalls to try! 

New stalls will be appearing alongside some of the old favourites, serving up dishes and delicacies from around the world. This week the market will feature the following: 

• Rummanco – Caribbean food 
• Nilly’s Turkish Kitchen – Turkish flat bread 

• Lilium Cakery – Sweet- cakes and cupcakes 
• Fresh Falafel – Falafel wraps 
• Greedy Hare – Pork sandwiches 
• Berlin Doner – Traditional doner  

In-Town Markets bring with them lots of experience of running established regular markets in Wimbledon Village, Cardinal Place Victoria, New Street Square Holborn, Piccadilly and Liverpool Street, and are known for nurturing and supporting new traders, with sustainability a key priority.  

Our food markets have been providing meals and treats to those working locally or passing by for many years. The new regular slot is every first and third Thursday of the month, 12.00 – 14.30, in the outdoor atrium of 55 Baker Street. In addition to this, In Town will also be managing our weekly street food pop-up in George’s Pocket Park, every Wednesday 11.00 – 15.00 – kicking off this week with Fresh Falafel!
