Mayor’s Good Work Standard

We were delighted to find out that we have been successful in meeting the criteria in all four pillars of the Mayor’s Good Work Standard, demonstrating our achievements as an employer contributing to a fairer and more inclusive London, with practices that attract and retain a diverse, talented and successful workforce.

The Mayor’s Good Work Standard aims to improve working lives for Londoners by bringing together best employment practice and to support employers with improving their organisations with the help of resources and information. The initiative was developed in collaboration with London’s employers, trade unions, professional bodies and experts and sets the benchmark the Mayor would like every London employer to work towards and achieve.
