Join Our Steering Groups

Our steering groups are made up of representatives from our business members and meet three times a year at venues across the area, with updates from our team on how projects are going and a chance for members to share ideas. Being part of a steering group provides a unique opportunity to make a real difference to the area, – its safety, appearance, vibrancy and sustainability – for the benefit of those that live and work locally and provide a really useful sounding board for the team to make sure that our projects and initiatives are on the right track.  

There are three steering groups: 

Streets and Spaces – overseeing our place-shaping projects that aim to create a compelling and inclusive place that supports wellbeing and has sustainability at its heart. This also includes our initiatives to ensure the area is safe, well managed and resilient through our dedicated street management, effective security and operations communications. Ideal for those working in facilities and office management roles. 

Vibrancy and Community – inputting into our projects that add fun and appeal for workers, visitors and residents, including enlivening experiences, exciting events and an array of activities. The group also contributes to promoting social value and environmental impact and wellbeing while supporting the delivery of businesses sustainability and ESG objectives. In addition to this, it oversees our campaigns to ensure the charms of Marylebone and its businesses are well known, appealing to local workers and drawing in visitors to sustain the vitality of the area. Ideal for those working in marketing, communications, PR, events and wellbeing roles. 

Sustainability – helping us to develop and implement services that can support our members’ sustainability and ESG activities and encouraging local businesses to work together to achieve their green goals. Ideal for those responsible for the sustainability and ESG activity at their workplace.
