Happy Birthday to The Hub!

This month sees the year anniversary of the opening of our Baker Street Hub space! 

The facility, located on the floor above the BakerStreetQ offices at 64 Baker Street, opened its doors in February 2024, enabling us to host sessions supporting local education and employment, and to offer the space for use by charities and community groups for meetings and engagement events. Since then, nine different local charities have used the space for events such as staff away days and training, team meetings, and career and employability workshops. We also hosted career insight sessions at which charities and school students met with representatives from some of our business members.  

The space has been used for engagement sessions by local police and resident groups and we hosted our recent Meet the Team and Meet the Charities events.  

We’ve also hosted 20 in-person wellbeing sessions including pilates and mindfulness as well as self-defence workshops.
