Celebrating International Women’s Day!

We celebrated in style with an event at Home Grown Club on 7 March, featuring an inspiring panel of incredible entrepreneurs and business leaders across the area. They spoke about the challenges that women continue to face in the workplace and their experiences in their industries, the initiatives being put in place to enhance opportunities for women and creating more inclusive environments.

We received some fantastic feedback from attendees, representing businesses across the area:

“Thank you for a really fantastic event. The panel was inspiring and thought-provoking – we loved the moderator too!”

“Thank you so much for a great event!  The guest speakers were from various professional backgrounds and all provided valuable insights into their world and how women are perceived in business… This was my first event and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.  Let’s hope at next year’s event the stats are driven higher in the direction of women and the gender pay gap has decreased!”

“I just wanted to send a note to say that I thought today’s seminar was beyond excellent – have come away feeling inspired and empowered so massive thanks to you all! Congratulations on a fantastic event highlighting some seriously impressive women!”

Massive thank yous to BNP Paribas’ Tara Foy, The Marylebone Project’s Ruhamah Sonson, Streathers’ Solicitors Nadia Kohli, BXR London’s Olia Sardarova and BDO’s Josie Woodward for being part of the panel, and Dannielle Haig for being a fantastic host!
