BakerStreetQ needs office space – can you help?

The BakerStreetQ team is on the lookout for a new base while our existing offices undergo construction works as part of the development at 38-70 Baker Street.  

We are looking for around 1000-2000 sq ft located in or around Baker Street. We are a friendly, responsible bunch and we pay our rent on time! We would need enough desk space for nine, a meeting room, plus a room for our Street Team to use for their breaks. A kitchen and WCs are required but we are happy to share!  

In addition to the above, we are keen to continue our hosting of charities, schools, training, mentoring and wellbeing classes. Demand for our existing Baker Street Hub community space is high and we would love to keep it up! Ideally this would include an open area plus a meeting room or two. This space can be flexible configuration – either part of the office or located elsewhere in the same building.  

The development begins in March 2026 so we are looking to move within the next 12 months. The works are expected to take around four years.
