25 Baker Street Development

Those working and living locally will have noticed that construction work is moving at a pace on the 25 Baker Street development.  

The new development, which is the result of a collaborative partnership between Derwent London and The Portman Estate, will feature over 200,000 sq ft of office space (75% of which has already been let), apartments and penthouses, communal spaces, and 20 new retail units set in a beautifully landscaped pedestrianised public courtyard.
