206 Marylebone Road Plans

The second round of consultation on plans to develop 206 Marylebone Road is underway, launched by the long-term owners Berkeley Estate Asset Management (BEAM).

The building, which has been empty since 2015, was previously home to National Cash Register company (NCR) dating back to the 1930’s. The development would see this converted to flexible office space while enhancing and protecting the building’s unique character and facade. The building will be highly sustainable – all-electric and featuring greening, landscaping and sustainable travel facilities. The team are also looking to minimise embodied carbon through the retention of foundations and re-using materials.

The team are keen to hear your thoughts and feedback on the developments. You can find out more about the proposals, including visuals, and submit your feedback here. The online consultation form will close on Monday 25 March.
