38-70 Baker Street Development Plans

The consultation process continues regarding the emerging proposals for the development of 38-70 Baker Street. Following consultation earlier in the year with neighbours and representatives of the local community, the proposals have now progressed to initial designs.

Derwent London, Lazari Investments and The Portman Estate are working with Kanda Consulting to engage with people that are interested in the development of the site. Several new consultation sessions are planned, where people can drop in and view the initial plans, engage with the team and give feedback:

In person drop-in sessions will take place at 56 Baker Street, W1U 7BU, at the following times:

Thursday 11 August 16.00 – 19.00

Wednesday 17 August 17.00 – 19.00

There will also be two further sessions to learn more about the plans at online webinars on 23 August and 5 September at 18.00; contact the team to register for these virtual sessions.
