The Courtauld Commitment is a voluntary commitment for food industry retailers, manufacturers and hospitality/food service organisations to make significant reductions in industry-level food waste and food-related emissions by 2030, and to improve water management by the same period.
To support the delivery of the Commitment, WRAP have come up with a Roadmap towards Water Security for Food & Drink Supply, which sets out a vision and key pathways to protecting critical water resources for food supply, for nature and for local communities.
