Summer in the Square

Marylebone’s ever-popular Summer in the Square will return this summer with a fresh roster of exciting outdoor activity that will help see the final week of the Wimbledon tournament out in style. Join us between Tuesday 11 and Sunday 16 July to watch the matches on our big BNP Paribas screen from a deck chair (with a drink in hand!) in the tranquil setting of Portman Square Garden.

The on-site ‘Wellness Den’ will offer an ample line-up of free sustainable activities and workshops for everyone to take part in. These activities range from pampering sessions for those who love a quick beauty treatment, yoga classes for anyone that fancies unwinding in the summer sun and for those eager to keep their brains just as active as their body, a host of relaxing mindfulness classes.

This year Summer in the Square will also see the introduction of a brand new ‘Guest Kitchen’, sponsored by Portman Marylebone, where popular local restaurants will be on rotation, serving their most delicious dishes and ensuring the very best of Marylebone’s dining scene is always within arm’s length.

There will also be a special selection of quality street food stalls ensuring there’s something tasty for everyone. Featuring the mouth-watering meat filled bagels from Salt Beef Shack, gorgeous gyoza and bao buns from Rainbo, delicious Mexican cuisine from Nopalito and much more! If that’s not all, each day a fully stocked bar from Philglas & Swiggot will be ready to serve up tasty refreshments, providing everything from cocktails, craft beer, non-alcoholic drinks and of course, their beloved fine wine selections, leaving you spoilt for choice for something to sip whilst enjoying the matches! Entry is free although visitors to Summer in the Square are encouraged to donate to Home-Start Westminster, a charity that provides support for families living in the local area at the on-site donation point if able.
