Slow flow is a dynamic vinyasa practice with flowing sequences. The flow is slower than the
traditional Vinyasa to give students more time to breathe in each pose and move away from the
“one-breath-one-movement” Vinyasa. A slow flow also allows you to come in to a pose without a
rush and to further explore the key areas of each posture. The class offers space for stretching and strengthening the body without judgment or expectation. The practice is open level and
beginner friendly.
Your instructor: Sarah is a passionate yoga instructor with a background in nutrition and wellbeing. Her classes will guide you through a dynamic flow, where you can find space for stretching, lengthening, exploring and letting go. Sarah will leave you energized and with a grateful feeling for your body and mind.
