A live evening relaxation session to help you unwind, prepare for sleep and, perhaps, even drift off peacefully.
Part sleep knowledge, part experience. Firstly Julie Wright from WeSleep will explain 10 facts about sleep and how our brain and body work together to lead you into a peaceful slumber. Then you will be guided you into a live immersive and experiential session tapping into a wide range of techniques inspired from modern and ancient practices.
Julie has designed this session to help you sleep more soundly – focusing on breathwork, self-acupressure, written exercises, sleep inducing positions, bedtime stories, soundscapes, cocoon building and more.
There will be an opportunity to submit questions which she can answer right before the wind-down practice.
Julie Wright is a London-based sleep educator, Founder of the wellness company WeSleep, World Sleep Day ambassador and author of “The Natural Sleeper: A Bedside Guide to Complementary and Alternative Solutions for Better Sleep”.
