Seated Office Yoga for Stress Reduction is a course for anyone who wants to use movement and the breath to help to de stress and release tension. This chair yoga course can help to relieve stress in the mind and body, helping to improve your mood, confidence, energy levels and concentration, as well as relieving depression and anxiety. A short 20-minute session to help you reset your mind and body and get the most out of your day.
