Qigong Flow is a wonderful practice with Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Yoga blended together. This subtle energy workout is designed to feel your qi, move your qi and refine your qi alternating between stillness and movement – the yin and yang.
This workout session is for everyone and will help to clear away the ‘blues’ by generating optimum health, clarity of mind and a bright spirit.
Wenlin Tan is a Qigong, Yoga & Meditation teacher and has been studying movement since she was 9. She has guided clients across Europe and Asia since 2016. Wenlin specialises in Qigong Flow, Gentle Somatic Yoga and meditation and offers these to support you to move with ease and feel pain-free.
