This three-day, virtual course will qualify you as a Mental Health First Aider and will provide you with an in-depth knowledge to enable you to support your co-workers. The sessions will be very interactive and there will be some pre-course learning and reading (detailed below). The course will give you:
This course is delivered online and is made up of individual learning activities and a series of four live instructor-led sessions. Individual learning will be based on a combination of videos, workbook activities and reading. This can be completed at your own pace in advance of each live session. The live sessions are led by an approved MHFA England Instructor and are interactive, involving presentation of slides, video clips, activities, discussion and case studies, which you will explore as a group to embed learning. Before the live sessions begin you will need to do some set up online and some pre learning which will take 1 hour
25th Sept DAY 1 – 9am – 12:20 pm live session 1
26th Sept DAY 2 – 9am – 12:45 pm live session 2
27th Sept DAY 3 – 9am – 12:45 pm live session 3
27th Sept DAY 3 – 2pm – 5pm live session 4

Terms and Conditions
Whilst we are happy to offer all courses free of charge, the course provider does charge us for each place. If you wish to cancel your place, you must provide at least one week’s notice prior to the course date so we can offer your place to someone else. Failure to attend or cancel within one week will result in your business being liable for the cost of the course of your place.
