Thank You Metropolis

The team behind the recently completed Metropolis Building – 242 Marylebone Road – has wasted no time in getting involved in supporting the local community. 

They recently hosted women from The Marylebone Project to celebrate the display of their artwork at Marylebone Station as part of the Marylebone on Display project.  

Then, earlier this month, when BNP Paribas contacted us for help securing parking for a school minibus, Metropolis again stepped in, providing a space while students attended a careers insight day at BNP Paribas’ offices just north along Harewood Avenue. 

The Metropolis Building features174,000 sq ft of design-led, human-centric workspace and pioneering design that prioritises wellbeing. 

In addition to office space, the building also features an in-house coffee shop, a large hospitality-led reception space, gym, events space and a member’s lounge. There are also communal rooftop gardens and stepped private terraces giving access to daylight and nature on every floor.
