Sustainable City Charter
16 February 2026
As a Strategic Partner of Westminster City Council’s Sustainable City Charter, we are committed to helping our members become charter signatories.
The Sustainable City Charter brings together a diverse network of forward-thinking businesses and organisations of all sizes and sectors, united in their commitment to reducing carbon emissions and driving progress towards a net zero carbon city by 2040.
The Charter is a free, voluntary sustainability pledge, supported by the Westminster Property Association and the Council, setting out eight key commitments to cut carbon emissions from non-domestic buildings, focusing on areas such as energy use, procurement, transport, waste, and deliveries.
By joining, participants make a visible, public commitment to sustainability and to improving performance across a range of critical environmental themes.
Participation is open to all businesses and organisations with commercial premises or developments in the City of Westminster.
