External Security and Environment Resources

Our Street Team work to keep the area safe for everyone.  They are however a limited resource so you may find the below helpful in terms of reporting concerns to the correct channels:

  • Crime Reporting

Always report crime to the Police.  In an emergency dial 999 and in a non-emergency 101, or you can report crime using the Met Police’s online service here. Online reports of crime are dealt with the same way as those reported over the phone.

  • Homeless Outreach

If you are worried about someone that is sleeping on the streets, you can inform Streetlink here anytime during the day and night. They will alert outreach teams, who go out mostly at night to connect people sleeping rough to local support services. To note – you should always call 999 if the person is in immediate danger, needs medical assistance, or is under 18.

  • Environmental Issues

Incidents of street spills, graffiti, fly-tipping or dumped rubbish, and potholes or road damage can be reported to Westminster City Council using its Report It service here – www.westminster.gov.uk/report-it
