43-45 Portman Square

Last month, BentallGreenOak (BGO) announced it had received planning permission for their redevelopment of 43-45 Portman Square – a property that the team acquired in the summer of 2022.

The scheme, designed by Henning Larsen, retains the existing seven floors, infills the huge internal atrium, provides a reinterpretation to a mansard roof for two new levels and an amazing pavilion space on level ten for far reaching views around London. 

The redevelopment aims to honour the building’s architectural heritage, while creating an active, healthy, and modern workplace for Londoners. Other upgrades include additional cycling amenities, and biophilic design features to support local biodiversity.
