Volunteer As A Mentor

The University of Westminster’s award-winning Future Ready Mentoring programme gives their students and recent graduates the opportunity to connect with experienced industry professionals to help them gain skills, build their network, and enhance their employability .

Each year the University supports over 1,000 students and recent graduates through varied mentoring pathways. They are keen to engage with local businesses and professionals interested in sharing their expertise and experience with those that are about to enter the world of work.

There are varying levels of commitment for the Future Ready Mentoring programme, details below.

  • Career mentoring – minimum of 5 hour-long mentoring sessions across 6 months (in-person or online)
  • Ask a Mentor Service – one-off sessions of up to an hour (in-person or online)
  • Group Mentoring – a series of in-person group mentoring sessions
