Cycle Route Consultation

Westminster City Council, in partnership with Transport for London, is proposing to deliver a new cycle route, Cycleway 43, connecting Hyde Park with the existing facilities at Gloucester Place.

The proposed route, a section of which will run along the western end of George Street, will become part of the London wide Cycleway network, with benefits including improved facilities both for cyclists and pedestrians, less cluttered footways, traffic calming features, and additional trees and benches.
