World Meditation Day – Mindfulness Event

It’s World Meditation Day on Friday 20 May, a great opportunity to pause, reflect and reset in our busy lives. Take some time for yourself with a relaxing massage, yoga session or walk in nature to mark the day; check out local health and wellbeing venues in our directory here 

BakerStreetQ has arranged a free 30-minute Mindful Meditation event which you can do online, ideal for lunch hour. This takes place on Wednesday 18 May 12.30 – 13.00, book online here. The session will be run by Meredith an accredited mindfulness coach from Stretching the City.
