The Results Are In! Ballot Success For BakerStreetQ

Our renewal ballot results were announced on Friday 25 November, with businesses voting overwhelmingly in support of our vision to create a progressive, compelling and connected place for your people, your business and for everyone. This result also secures our expansion north to Marylebone Station.

With a turnout of 80%:

99% of members voted YES by number, representing 99% by rateable value (value of premises)

As set out in the Business Plan sent to voters earlier this year, we are committed to ensuring the Quarter is forward thinking, exceptional and vibrant whilst always being resilient, clean and safe; remaining attractive to your people, new talent, visitors and customers.

We will continue to nurture a connected and caring community, with support for businesses’ sustainability and ESG objectives, and will continue to promote, support and represent the area, ensuring its future vitality, while advocating for our businesses and for Marylebone.
