Smarter Giving – Home House Donation for St Marylebone School Breakfast Bar
11 July 2022
Home House have responded to St Marylebone CE School’s recent appeal for funding, with a kind donation of £2,500 towards providing breakfast for pupils. Home House, the private members’ club on Portman Square, are a founder member of Baker Street Quarter Partnership.
As part of our Smarter Giving initiative, we are promoting this community support opportunity to help St Marylebone School deliver a breakfast bar for those pupils eligible for free school meals, to make sure everyone has a good breakfast to start the day. With the cost of living challenge being a key topic at the moment, and one which is even more of a challenge for low-income families, it is an issue close to many people’s hearts. A donation of £250 will pay for breakfast for one student for a year. There are 160 students they are looking to provide breakfast for, and so every donation helps. Any donations or employee fundraising efforts for this will be greatly appreciated, no matter how big or small.
