Save Money On Training
19 July 2021
During April to June of this year, 107 members attended our popular training courses, saving our businesses £4,000. These include training such as Emergency First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and Fire Marshal as well as training on Duty to Protect and Diversity, all of which can come at significant cost to businesses. Our training opportunities are all free to Baker Street Quarter Partnership businesses and their employees, saving your business the money and time of organising training. An added bonus is the chance to meet your peers in the local business community.
Our popular courses Mental Health First Aid and Fire Marshal Training are now available to book for September. With more people expected to return to the office over the summer it’s a great time to get your team trained up and ensure you have qualified Mental Health First Aiders at your workplace during the transition to support staff. It is a legal requirement to have an adequate number of staff trained as Fire Marshals, so make sure you take stock of your staff training needs at this time. For further details on both training sessions, visit our Training page.
Alongside our training courses, we run a free-for-all series of events ranging from our food markets and walks to wellbeing activities like yoga – a great way of engaging staff and keeping them connected with the Quarter whether they’re working in the office or from home.
