Mental Health Awareness Week: Time To Focus On Mental Health And Wellbeing

Mental Health Awareness Week is next week – 9-15 May – an opportunity for all of us to look at ways to improve our mental health. The theme for the week is loneliness – recognising the importance of building connections with other people and our local community – and we have a variety of events and activities lined up, both in person and online, to help you do just that.
Vigour and Skills – Come along and learn about all the incredible craft work and meet 67 York Street’s community of artisan makers with shared values of sustainability, longevity and enduring quality. Open daily between 10.00 and 18.30 from 9-15 May.
Guided Virtual Tour: History of Marylebone – Celebrate Local and Community History Month by exploring the area’s 1,000 year history on this virtual guided tour.
How to Prevent Burnout – Enjoy listening to guest speaker – author, entrepreneur and international Burnout Prevention speaker, Tania Diggory – while connecting in person with other members of the Quarter’s business community.
Dance Yoga Online – Bring your lunch break to life with our Dance Yoga Club with feel good yoga flow choreographed to a well-known songs!

We know that the mental health of employees is always important to our local businesses, so we also have a range of training sessions, free to members, including Mental Health For Senior Managers And Line Managers and Mental Health First Aid.
