Many of Marylebone’s stylish destination bars will be taking part in the upcoming London Cocktail Week from 13-23 October. Treat yourself to the specially-crafted cocktails created by renowned bartenders in the area.
Seymour’s Parlour at Zetter Townhouse Marylebone is offering two gin-based creations along with a non-alcoholic option. Enjoy the atmospheric interior at their townhouse location on Seymour Street. The bar is also hosting a series of takeovers with bartenders from Bangkok and Barcelona.
Kitchen at Holmes on Baker Street has an event special – the ‘108 Fashioned’ – with fat washed bourbon, banana liqueur and chocolate bitters. Enjoy this, or select one of their other signature seasonal cocktails, while taking in the elegant and romantic setting.
Inspired by the fresh flavours of Mexican cooking, KOL on Seymour Street is introducing its Quince and Chilli Lowball made with Blanco Tequila, Mezcal reduction, Horse With No Name Bourbon with Habanero Spirit, verjus and quince. Alternatively, try one of their other unique cocktails, crafted by bar manager, Maxim Schulte, using wild, seasonal ingredients sourced from around the British Isles.
Relax in the neighbourhood-style venue, Fam Bar in Duke Street, where the team are offering a High West Espresso Zabaione with High West Campfire Rye Whiskey, Ojo de Dios Mezcal Cafe, Montenegro, solo cold brew coffee and house banana syrup, topped with home-made zabaione cream. Yum.
For something a bit more lively, head to Burlock on Duke Street and enjoy a St Phillip Fizz with The Real McCoy 5 Year Old Rum, Spiced Rum, peach falernum, lime juice and soda. Or if that doesn’t tempt you, choose from one of their 200 rums from around the world, served in an array of colourful cocktails and punches, before hitting the dancefloor!
