Keeping Well At Home

With many of us working from home, our online programme of wellness events will help you to stay positive and motivated while giving you a break from the norm. We’ve added more  wellbeing events to our line-up, all free and virtual, from Mental Health for Managers to a Resilience Toolkit, so take a look now and reserve your space.

Whether you’re a working parent struggling to find enough hours in the day or want to learn more about men’s mental health, our webinars will give you the tools and tips to thrive during this period. These webinars have a hundred spaces so please do let your colleagues know about this free resource. Our  Mental Health for Managers session earlier in the year was very popular and had great feedback from attendees so we’re running it again on n 24 February – spaces are limited, so make sure you book you now.

Through our wellness programme you can also look after your body too with lunchtime sessions from experts West 1 Physio including Ergonomics and Yoga for Flexibility. Our Wellness programme is just one part of our work in keeping you connected to the Quarter. If you’re missing the area, take a look at some of our upcoming virtual walks to find out which literary figures have connections to the area and what the omnibus was!
