This is the first in a range of training sessions that we will be offering to support you while you adapt to and learn to cope with the long-term working from home environment. More new sessions will be available soon via our virtual community platform.
Join us at 2pm on Thursday 9 April for a free 45-minute introduction into how mindfulness and meditative practice can support your overall wellbeing.
Hosted by the University of Westminster’s experienced practitioner, Yusuf Kaplan, the session will begin with an explanation of the benefits of regularly using techniques that enhance everyday awareness – of your own thoughts, feelings and associations in relation to the external world. This will be followed by a short guided meditation and finish with a Q&A.
