International Day of Yoga Tuesday 21 June

International Yoga Day on 21 June is a chance for people across the world to come together as a community and practise yoga, to experience the mind-body connection and celebrate the many benefits of yoga.

We’ll be joining in with the day by holding a free online Pop-up Yoga class on 21 June 13.00 to 14.00, with Gem. Suitable for mixed abilities, the class will take you through breathing, postures and meditation. This is followed on 22 June by Yoga with Sabrina, part of our Summer in the Square event in Portman Square Garden.

On the yoga theme, be sure to check out the many yoga studios in the Marylebone area, including Total Chi which also has a lovely cafe and juice bar, plus classes at Fitness First Baker Street.
