This Friday is Earth Day, so we wanted to take the chance to showcase just a few of the brands doing forward-thinking work on sustainability in the Quarter. Whether it’s renting out the latest fashion brands or picking plant-based options on your lunch break, these are just some of the businesses making it simple to make more conscious choices when out and about in the Quarter.

For their commitment to the cause, The Grazing Goat was awarded a Three Star Sustainability Rating from the Sustainable Restaurant Association.
Monc on Chiltern Street is the conscious eyewear company, taking a circular approach to their production. As much as 80% of the material used in making the glasses we wear – acetate – is either wasted in landfill or incinerated, so Monc have sourced a sustainable alternative from plant cellulose. Even their glasses cases are made from sustainable leather, sourced as a by-product of the food industry. Browse their collection on Chiltern Street or online.
With a third of their brand-new menu plant based, Bill’s on Baker Street is a great option for veggies and vegans. As part of its bold Project Earth plans, Selfridges is transforming how it does business – and how we shop – by 2025. Shop their planet-conscious edits, rent the latest hot brands and shop pre-loved gems in store and online.
Wagamama on Wigmore Street is a favourite for our team lunches in the Quarter, and with 50% of their menu being plant-based it’s easy to choose a more sustainable option while you enjoy a meal out. Wagamama knows that choosing plant-based food might not be everyone’s cup of miso, but you’ll be won over by their selection of vegan and vegetarian showstoppers with plenty of protein options.
