In ‘normal’ times, the Greenhouse Centre and Greenhouse Sports (just north of the Quarter) use sports coaching and mentoring to empower young people who are facing disadvantage and help them unlock their full potential. Since the start of the pandemic earlier in the year, the centre has become a hub for community support, transforming into a foodbank and ensuring that families and vulnerable young people in the local area receive any help they need.
