City Plan 2019 – 2040 | Our Response…

Westminster City Council has published its 2019 – 2040 City Plan, which is the key policy document for determining planning applications in Westminster. The City Plan sets out an ambitious strategy to make Westminster one of the best places to live, work and play.

Our response includes support for the importance of the office sector to employment in Westminster and the need for flexibility in relation to retail leasing. And it expresses our support for measures to encourage sustainable transport, improve air quality, greening and the importance of public space.
